White Chocolate Mocha Starbucks Copycat

- 50 g white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 shot of espresso I used a Starbucks Nespresso pod
- 100 ml whole milk or any alternative
- Whipped cream
- Decorations - white choc stars & pink hearts optional
Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan on a low heat (or in a microwave in short ten second bursts). Stir as it melts until a creamy sauce consistency has been achieved.
Make your espresso as you normally do and pour into the mug you'll be using. I used a starbucks Nespresso pod in my Nespresso machine. Meanwhile, froth or steam your milk as you usually would. I used my Lavazza A Modo Mio frother.
Pour in the chocolate sauce and stir until all the lumps are gone.
Once steamed or frothed, pour the milk foam over your coffee.
Top with whipped cream and decorations if you wish! Enjoy!
